Age Verification policy

18+ Statutory Requirement

In compliance with the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, Fill Your Face Aesthetics operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage treatments. We do not provide botulinum toxin treatments or dermal filler treatments to, or arrange appointments for, anyone under the age of 18 for cosmetic purposes. Parental or guardian consent cannot override this legal restriction.

To meet our legal obligations, we employ a mandatory dual-stage age verification system:

• Stage 1 (At Booking): All new clients will be asked to confirm they are over 18 when requesting a consultation via our booking software or team.
• Stage 2 (In Clinic): A physical, face-to-face identity and age check will be completed by your clinician prior to your consultation or any treatment starting.

Fill Your Face Aesthetics proudly operates a Challenge 25 protocol. If you are fortunate enough to look under the age of 25, you will be required to present valid, official photographic identification to verify your age before treatment is undertaken.

Acceptable Forms of Identification

We only accept original, physical, and valid (unexpired) documents containing a photograph and date of birth. Acceptable forms of ID include:

• A valid Passport
• A valid UK Photo Card Driving Licence
• An official photographic identity card bearing the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram

Please note: Digital copies, photographs of ID on smartphones, student cards, and standard birth certificates are not accepted as valid verification.

Appointment Refusals and Cancellation Fees

• Failure to Provide ID: If you are asked to demonstrate proof of age and cannot provide one of the acceptable forms of ID listed above, your appointment will be immediately cancelled.
• Fee Forfeiture: In the event of a cancellation due to a failure to provide valid age verification, any pre-payable consultation fee (our clinic currently offers free consultation prior to treatment) may be retained by the clinic to cover the lost clinical slot and the scheduled time of our nurse prescriber.
